This is one of those things that infuriates me to no end. How on Earth can a company be awarded a trademark on a color? A color they did not create. A color that has existed long before anyone could have ever dreamed of their mediocre company.

T-Moblie holds a trademark on the color Magenta and has sued other companies for using it. It boggles the mind. I should start trademarking random adjectives in the English language. If they award me a trademark on the word “wonderful” then I can become a millionaire from one Apple keynote.
